Glenmorangie 10 year
Highland Single Malt
A very subtle and elegant
dram that seems more mature then its 10
years. At times, I can’t keep up this
all of the specialty wood finishes from
Glenmorangie. They were the pioneers in
the process and helped start the current
wood finish craze. I always found their
whisky didn’t need any ‘dressing up’ and
prefer their traditional American Oak
matured expressions. This ten year old
is a light, flavorful treat that’s an
everyday type of whisky. Has some depth
to compliment its light character with a
nice bite in the finish to remind you
that it still has some Highland
attitude. Well put together.
Nose: Subtle, floral, malty, oak, fresh
and clean
Body: Light and warming
Finish: Long and drying, some nice bite
that sticks to your tongue
A Highland beauty!
Rating: 87
Cheers!
