Longmorn is widely available in the States and much under apprieciated. An impressive malt in the fruity style. Longmorn was built right next to the Benriach Distillery in 1894. The distillery was expanded twice in 1972 and 1974 and currently operates 8 stills. Longmorn gets its name from the church of St. Marnoch and one of its warehouses sit on the site of an old ancient Church. It’s amazing that this whisky is not well know in the US since its malty, sweet complexity is very appealing. If your start getting into single malts, it won’t be long before you discover Longmorn.

A truly great Speyside, Big fruity nose with a great sexy body, with a long finish that just doesn't want to end, nor do you want it too.
